Who knows.. the compiled plugins from the web-compiler (http://www.amxmodx.org/webcompiler.cgi) must not use any .inc files not related to AMX MOD X.

Your plugin will compile from the web compiler only if there is no extra includes.
If you compile it and it requires extra includes, the plugin will be corrupted and will not work.
