Hello. I want to do a simple thing so that a fallen survivor can drop a defibrillator instead of a medkit.

Example: there's a 50%/50% chance a fallen survivor could drop a medkit or defibrillator instead, when he's killed.

Not a big deal if the fallen survivor can't change the model of the item (medkit to defibrillator) he's carrying. This can be simplified as follows: when a fallen survivor is killed and a medkit falls from him as usual, hook this event and with a 50% chance change the medkit to defibrillator.

Can anyone help me with this, please? I am ready to pay for such a plugin.
