Suggestion: Add Timeout command.

The time-out is by default usable by the following commands.

timeout_terrorist_start
timeout_ct_start

I want these to be usable by a chat command.
In addition, I suggest that limit the number of times like a pause.

first of all, i like ur plugin.

but in warmup mode we cant use grenades for training. i just wanted to change the command in "SMP.sp" Warmup to

"ammo_grenade_limit_default 1
ammo_grenade_limit_flashbang 2
ammo_grenade_limit_total 4"

but it doenst work. how i can change general server settings in warmup mode?
