What he wants to acheive is on racing maps (Not sure how these are defined, I dont play CS anymore) he wants to turn on racing mode with like amx_racemode or something.
upon turning that on. A count-down from 3 goes then the "Race" begins. Which tracks each players Lap number and goes up as they go over the "finish line" then upon the maximum laps (set by admin i assume) have the message print across the server that "<PLAYER> wins the race!" and end the round about 5 seconds later. Also he want's a timer to count upwards and record their times so when Player A hits lap2 at 01
2:00 it'll show it on the HUD.
(Personally I would forward him to HL: Rally but oh well)
