More than 32 slots O.o

hello,
i saw a server that have 100 slots ! and another that has 120 slots ! and 40 slots
how can i do it ??
PS1: the server use Spawn Creator (to add aspawn places to the maps)

It will appear as any value you set, but it will still be a max of 32 players

That is not a cs 1.6 server
It is a Primal Carnage server...but it's listed in the cs 1.6 server list on gt

Can't you see those maps? Like pc-utilitybase. It is not comparable to a Counter-Strike 1.6 Server.
