Freeze for 2 seconds

Hey, I have a multimod server and in each mod, the server freezes for 2 seconds, I don't know why...
help please.

Give us the output of following commands:

If that means Changing the mod freezes the server with scoreboard then
mp_chattime 0

If that means 2 seconds freeze time when player spawns then
mp_freezetime 0

Else you need to explain a little or give us info about what plugins you are running ?

he means the server laggs.

Check your Internet, PING, do you have hlboosters? Server FPS?!

Give me the PC information, NEt speed
