Round music start & round music end

Hi there

I would like the server to play a music at the start of every round and with the music appear a Center Mensage saying " The infection will begun!!" with a duration of 10 sec (the message).
And finally a round end music for every rounds.

The directory can be sound/tylogcss/tylogcss_roundend.mp3 and sound/tylogcss/tylogcss_roundstart.mp3

Can someone make this?
(This is for the Zombie mod / Zombie Reloaded)

Cant you do this already with saysounds? Say Sounds (including Hybrid Edition) (3.2.5) - AlliedModders

If there arent any end-round or start-round actions in saysounds you could also use Round Triggers [TF2] Round Triggers 1.10 - AlliedModders. Just set it up to execute certain cfgs on round start and round end (sm_rtrigs_start "exec start.cfg"), and in those cfgs you can input all the commands you want perfomed. IE :

sm_play @all sound/tylogcss/tylogcss_roundstart.mp3
sm_say "The Infection will begin!"

You might also want to add sm_play to sm_rtrigs_notify so that it doesnt say "[Console] has played sound to all!" each time the sound is played, or you can rewrite the script and remove the notify flag from the sm_play command.
