Interesthing console error spam?

I got problem with this error code but I can't find anything about this in google

\src\common\contentmanifest.cpp (650) : Assertion Failed: !m_bIsFinalized

it spam and spam and spam when server opened and when I join and wait 5 min its slowing down and after slowing its stop spaming that error. Does anyone have got this problem? This has started with new tf2 update.

This is fixed or maybe new sourcemod fixed if you have problem with this you need do this:
