Is there is config runner for each map?

I want to run configs for maps I mean I want to block !buddha and !god plunig when vsh_ and arena_ maps but when the sandbox maps opened I wana reopen them.But I want automaticly when map opened it enter this commands. Is there plunig for this?

Map configs with prefix support 1.3?
