hi guys, i tried to download some tf2 vip plugin but some of them are outdated and some of them cant load...........

lower than 1.6?
i am using sourcemod 1.7 now , hope someone can answer my question,or may someone help me to make a TF2 vip plugin 4 me please >3< >3<.
one more question, in my tf2 server, the custume of the player lost..(i mean the skin of the player , example , the hat, the cloth...) the custume cant show to other players......
is that is problem of my server or need to change some command?
