First off - that AMX version of CSDM You were using it was also BAILOPAN's one with KRoT@L's Askickcr's and few mines tweaks/features/extensions. Some of them weren't aprproved/authorized by BAILOPAN so they aren't in the current CSDM version for AMX X (they weren't authorized since BAILOPAN decided to stop developing AMX version of it). That thing with transferring players to the last position they had in the round just finished (and with the health they had in that moment) it was KRoT@L's feature requested by the people they wanted to have the round never ending in the case the round IS ending. It was just workaround for that what CS does (ends the round) if there aren't removed some entities from the map (bombzones/hostages etc). That trick was probably working also for the situation 1 on 1 You mentioned, but I never tested it in that situation. So basically You could continue the game with the same health and from Your last position from the round just finished. I don't know if BAILOPAN was aware KRoT@L did such trick and if he likes that idea, but if he will read my explanation I wrote here, I hope he will answer You something. So please don't repeat anymore the same question in few topics.
