So I didn't know where to post this but i searched the forums and didn't find anything

i wanted to show off my plugin i'm making for TF2

It makes a cutscene inside TF2 as seen in the video and can make a good addition to modes like Zombie fortress, deathrun, VSH

How exactly does this work? This could be something that I could potentially use in my VSH server. Someone linked me to that video.
