I'm on secure and I'm still getting hackers. I see people with a HLTV spectator in their server and I don't know how to get one. Could you please link me the mod or what ever it is. Also is there a mod that scans people through their console and finds the hacks they use.

You need HLTV... It's not a plugin.

No. There are plugins that check for setinfos but that's about it.
