You want something like a fus ro dah feature? I saw something like it in a race of war3source plugin called "Dragonborn". I ported it to CS:S in the past and surely that also can be ported to CS:GO if you want it

Yes exactly! but with some custom commands would be better like Push distance and push cooldown
