Use a text editor, type Notepad++ and leave the file in UTF format 8 - BOM.

After that, restart the server and see if it solves the problem.

NOTE: Make sure the file is in the configs/store folder.

The error in case is that you are not able to read the items.txt config.

I am having some issues with playerskins, i cant get it to show in the store menu, even though i only have playerskins in my items.txt and now /store isn't even working.... any fix on this? do i need a plugin for it to work... or wtf? It used to work on my MG(MiniGames server) but now it doesn't and i dont know what i did back then since it was about 2-3 years ago..

I got it to work in items.txt, it was cause i needed to install a plugin for it, but now when players buy a playerskin then the map changes and they dont have it anymore, its like it doesn't save to the DB? very annoying.
