So I saw this video on TikTok of some guy playing in a CS:GO Deathmatch server, And everytime he got a kill the Healthshot Effect would show up. I tried looking everywhere but didn't find anything.
I would be really happy if this could be found.

the overlay for it is found in csgo/materials/effects/healthboost.vtf but you can use this to trigger the effect:

SetEntPropFloat(client, Prop_Send, "m_flHealthShotBoostExpirationTime", GetGameTime() + 1.0); 


So you would be able to hook the player_death event then set the above code on the attacker
