This is a unique black screen bug. The only information I found about this specific issue, where a person experiences a black screen when they are revived while the reviver heals themselves, was in a steam group discussion.

There's also another similar black screen problem caused by loading custom models on a server, but it has been fixed with a patch. You can find more information about it in this thread: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=318739.

Unfortunately, the aforementioned patch does not address this persisting black screen issue. Regrettably, some players have resorted to exploiting this bug as a means to deliberately blind others, forcing them to restart the game.
