When the survivor approaches an item that can be picked up, the survivor will have a "reach out" action (not actually pick it up). How to get the entity index of this item?

Imagine if you have dozens of pain pills under your feet, you can always pick up one of the pain pills by pressing the E button. How to determine this?

I found a relatively close function: GetClientAimTarget. But it just get the entity index of the crosshair, you don’t need to approach the item, and there is no “reach out” action.
