Legit or False suspect?

Hello, could someone confirm if this is a legit suspect or if this could be a false/bug thing?

[smac_eyetest.smx | 0.8.6.0] Player (ID: STEAM_xxx | IP: xxx) is suspected of tampering with an old movement command (buttons). CmdNum: 139213 | [2696:0]

Could i get more opinions on this please? The person who got this is an admin on my server, and it is currently causing trust issues.

Try typing him's steam id in the google. Words: "STEAM ID" sourcebans.
