This *gives* weapons. Please read descriptions of plugins.

You may use the TF2Items extension config to change the enforcer so that it behaves like a normal revolver. That will work.

Can't download the plugin, getting the following error when "Get Plugin" was clicked

It won't compile on the forums due to tf2items, get the .smx right below that.
The .sp is just for the source/to compile on your own.

When i die i need to put the sm_weapon and all that again is there no command so you respawn with the weapon?

Curious on how I would do this with this plugin. Been attempting to figure it out for awhile, might aswell post in the actual plugin thread.

You can use the tf2items extension's config file to remove all attributes from the Machina, making it act like a normal Sniper. Doesn't need this plugin.
