[CSGO] Spawn without a spawn?

Hey.

Running some DM servers and the last few days some players said they seen other players spawn in one specific place on Mirage and also Dust2.

Problem is, there is no DM or any other spawns in those locations.

How is this possible? I dont know if this is an SM/plugin/CSGO error. I havent updated any plugins that messes with spawns. I did update DM spawns with deathmatch advanced, but like I said there is no spawns in these specific locations.

As much as I know spawn locations can be modded and set to only spawn at specific place or places, so it's not unusual to see this in custom servers.

But I didnt set any spawnpoints? Thats what im saying.
