You never installed the Game Name Changer plugin.

I think you should install only 1 plugin instead of [2] [3] and [4]

[23] don't use that one you don't need it


About the plugin that alters game name, run your server with only default plugins ([1] -> [22]), than enable plugins 1 by 1 and change map each time you enable a new one, at first time the game name will be changed you will know that last plugin you activated is the one that changes the name.
