first of all i would like to say thank i do not know if it was the correct forum so sorry if it isnt.

i would just like to know how to create plugins because i have a few good ideas and im fairly good on computers and creating counter strike servers

My 6 year old son will help you with any PAWN questions you have or any questions you have about writing plugins.

He won't charge money to help someone learn how to write a plugin. Just post whatever it is you want to know and he will answer your question. The only thing he asks - out of courtesy - is that you don't ask a question that could have easily been answered with a bit of intrepidity and due diligence on your part.
He downloaded lots of plugin syntax and reverse engineered it by printing the code and reading it, like English, starting with the Warcraft3FT and Superhero mods and all of their syntax. He has downloaded and read just about every plugin ever written and he is standing right here next to me (he's playing dragonball Z on the playstation right now) and he wants me to tell you that you can do what almost all the other scripters have done - he noticed that much of the code has been copied and pasted from one plugin to the next and that there is very little original thinking. He just said, "Make *clipboard* your friend".
He said if you read a bunch of plugins or print them all out and compare them you will see the same thing he observed - there are one or two people who provided the well-spring of syntax from which countless other plugins have flowed.

when i open my plugins there is a load of jibberish lol i want to make a few amxx commands just to start out

A good way to learn some PAWN comands is to open the include files using AMXX Studio and read the diffrent comands each one has and what they do to change gameplay
