this comes with extra features which is not needed also it blocks nade after no. of nades used .

But i want to block spamming not to limit no. of nades.

I know a plugin where you will get 15 seconds delay.. I know you are a good coder so you will be able to make changes on your own..

It has a cvar, so no changes are necessary.
