            cs_set_user_deaths(0, 0)
            set_user_frags(0, 0)
            cs_set_user_deaths(0, 0)
            set_user_frags(0, 0)

Try looking for debug errors in your log files.

The deal is none of them count as compiling them locally with your server's compiler. "bad load" usually means trying to run a plugin that's compiled with a newer AMXX version than the one your server has.

Check the plugins.ini and make sure you typed the plugin name correctly.

Are you testing this on a local server? Because the only time I get the error "bad load" ( with your plugin ) is when
I misspell the plugin name on a local server. If I misspell it on a dedicated server I get "Plugin file open error".
So I suggest you check the name again and make sure you have the extension .amxx

Edit: I compiled it with 1.8.2 and 1.8.3 and it loaded for me

No it's not a problem, I was just asking because I didn't get the error bad load on a dedicated server.

All I can say is your plugin loaded for me. So you must be doing something wrong.
