[Subplugin Submission] [ZP] Admin, Moderator and Owner tags for Scoreboard

I just want to know if anyone can make an plugin which shows if the player is Admin, Moderator, or Owner on the scoreboard , just like the VIP plugin. For CS 1.6 , Zombie Plague Advanced.

Firsly, this section is for new plugins.
Secondly, that's impossible.
