could someone possibly direct me somewhere i could get help with a server crash issue due to trying to load certain maps(those with .wad files and/or .res files) i cant find anything on google for a server forum, so if anyone knows of one, id really appreciate the help

search all the files at BearShare/DC/LimeWire... etc
open the .res files to see whats needed

well, i took all the needed .wad files etc for one of the maps and put them on my comp and then the map loads but what happens is when i or anyone else who doesnt have the files already on their comp, gets an error and hl/cs quits with an error right before getting to precaching files, it sends player models and (apparently) maps that are just .bsp files just fine, also if i go in the server and do rcon changelevel de_chemi, or any other map with (seemingly) custom content/wad/res files and the server will just crash right away(hl/cs doesnt crash or exit) and i have to stop and start the server. aside from that everything else works fine...just something with it sending the map resources?? i dunno :/

found the problem, seems i missed uploading some models to the server... anyway its working now!

download it then drag and drop your maps onto the exe then, read the res and find out what you are missing. easy fix, you shouldn't have to start up a support thread on this again.
