i want to make cs 1.6 server offline??? u understand??? my friend have cyber for playing only counter-strike!!! we all play on lan but i don't want create server!!! i want hlds dedicated server to play with my friends but hlds download needs steamcmd but my friends don't has internet so how can we create server at his cyber???!! i want latest version i think 6153 it shows in my steam 6153 but i want hlds 6153 for offline!!!! i search google and get warzone version but i want steam version and that version old 4554 i want 6153???? someone help pls i want make latest version server for lan without internet i know to make server with steamcmd but steamcmd needs internet!!! i dont have internet pls help me alliedmodders!! thanks you

on-topic: use steamcmd to make a server, it works within a lan/internet.

Alternative: Download hlds using steamcmd in your computer or any other computer which has connectivity access to internet. After downloading files copy them to your friend's cyber.

Why you use too many question mark like you are in big trouble.
Anyway warzone is non steam dont use it.
you can go any cafes or networks download steamcmd put it in flash go home set it up.
and yeah if you dont have a internet connection how are you posting here?
