It would be nice to see in this plugin:

- Playout Support
Chance of rounds Remaining play When The winner is defined \

- Lock Teams
Düring a match if Someone tries to enter a Team That Is Already full, can not do it

- Autosave score / cash / Weapons At Every round to disk for server crash

I use this plugin on both of my servers which I think is just amazing. I use it for a "pug" mod along with some others but one thing I noticed is when we go live people get upset and leave sometimes to the point to where maybe 5 or 6 people are left it would be nice have a "cancel scrim/pug" vote when X amount of players drop from the server and have it re exec on_map_load.cfg or end.cfg. Also a ban system if people leave when its live would be extremely nice, where 1 leave would result in a 15min ban, 2 leaves 3 hour ban, 3 leaves 6 hour ban.

You can update steam tools but my warmod menu is a mess, just showing up N's and boxes

I don't know anything about steamtools, but I installed it. But it didn't help. The warmod plugin still gives "Failed plugin" error.
