Countdown before map change

Is it possible someone to create a small plugin that Countdown 30 sec before map change.

this is for CS:S DM server because i have blocked round end and after the vote have been finished the map changes but players do not actually see when exactly,because i have another plugin that does the change immediately when mp_timelimit is over.

If possible the plugin to say in the middle of the screen Map changes in 30 seconds and to start counting down 29,28,27 ...

You can't be exactly sure of when map is changing.
