Re-install amxmodx and if that doesnt fix it, re-install steam and countersrike on the comp u play on.

bmann_420 your right, i'm sorry, i was stresed but i think i find the problem, when I start the server , after all configurations and all plugins are loaded a message show beetwen Server cvars rows and says "Master server communication disabled." somebody knows how to repair it ? please
and i'm sorry once again for what i sayd about server ruls plugin .. Thank You And I Hope You Can Help Me

If it says that in the consol right when it starts, its usually Vac Secure Mode Disabled since it cant connect to the master server. Im not sure about that actual message, have you checked the steam forums? Might have some intel on it.

And no worries about it, everybody gets stressed out.

) Not when i start the server that message shows , after i start it and all cvar settings are maked a message shows and says "Master communication server disabled" maiby the problem is because i load to much plugins ? i have hl booster, war3ft, chicken mode, predator mode, on amx plugins i have piss plugin, jetpack plugin, lasermine plugin and i think this are all , maiby this is the problem ? i hope you know

Ok, so, the plugin is not working on my server. Do you need to put anything on the server.cgf to make the plugin work? I already created my Rules.txt file and placed it where it says. Also, I put all the values on the cvars.. What else needs to be done?

If disagree the server kicks the player.

Is there anyway to make the rules show only once to ppl who connect,not at every mapchange?

Is the rules_interval in minutes or seconds or what? I don't even think it repeats because I put rules_interval at 1 and waited 1 minute but nothing showed.

Yes I am positive the interval just shows when someone enters the server, then never repeats. I tried setting it at so many different combinations, and I am stumped.
