Would there be a way to make two seperate ones? As in one is /rules and another is /help? That way I could have certain plugins that people do not know how to use them, can type /help to learn how to use them?

That is already out there, i cant remember who made it but I think v3x did. its like motd help or something, you can have it able to use a few words with the / in front of it to pull up an motd with your writings in it. Try and search for it

i'm sorry to say this , but the plugin swcks.. The Plugin Destroid My Server !! I have amxmodx and war3ft , i added this rule plugin and when i start the server and connected to it dosen't work ! after that i removed rules plugin, and I CAN'T Say Anything ! I Presed Y i tiped something i presed enter and nothing showed ! i tiped in consol "say adnwawa" and nothing showed .. I Don'T Know How To Activate Say Again.. please somebody help me..

well, you probably disagreed to the rules.

If its client side, re-install counterstrike/steam.

THen I guess it doesnt work with warcraft mod. DEFINITLY doesnt mean it sucks mr. smart guy. Its just not compatible with that other plugin. Besides the fact there are like 7 diff rules plugins out there. So bitching doesnt help, of course unless you want to post a *respectible* post on an issue your having with it. Since it works for everybody else.
