When player is ready, he is added to the "ready" part of the menu, and if not ready, he is added to the "not ready" part of the menu.
Lets say all ten players are "ready," the server locks with a <sv_password>, then <pug_exec> is executed. After 15 rounds, all players automatically switch sides and the ready menu pops up again and another 15 rounds are played.
All 15 rounds are finished. chat outputs a message "<team> has won this PUG with <score(11-7)>. There will be a <pug_breaktime> minute break."
The server unlocks and another PUG begins in <pug_breaktime> minutes.
cycle repeats.
