Make sure all the files are where they need to be. If you have any extension, make sure you have the resources.

I had this same error long time ago, but Mercylezz said that error was fixed in previous versions...

Yeah, it was fixed long ago (v3.58 I think).

No reason it should come back around as there is a new bomb removal code since then.
