Fairly sure the code for it would be exclusive to either OB games or TF2 alone, unless valve has ported it into that engine branch.

Same question as the other dude : what about hitboxes with this ? Are they still TF2-ly accurate ?

And do you know any plugin running it?

EDIT : What if player A high-five player B; and they have different scale ? Does it crashes ?

I tried high5 player with different size ,It doesn't crash.

Can you, please, make it to work through server console (RCON)?

I think he said he was working on a menu and new cvar for the menu guys. As far as I know it should allow you to target a player like any other SM command thru rcon console.

sm_resize [#userid|name] [scale] right in console

Well actually, it doesn't really matter, but just because you don't post the code doesn't mean you didn't do it first..
I was going to make it a real plugin but couldn't find the time to get it done.
Check a look at my screenshots

Sorry to break it to you but Mecha the Slag and Honorcode23 both, had already made plugins that were specifically designed to rescale players in Team Fortress 2 by using the same exact netprop years before you. It doesn't matter who made it first. If you wanted to be credited for this then you should have posted what you had.
