When i use find_player on flag d does it take port of the target or just the ip without port?

Why don't you test it? save it in a variable and output the outcome using chat/console/log messages.

No, it's easier and quicker to test it yourself nearly every time for a question like this. Most people won't know "for sure" if the answer is yes or no and would probably need to test it themselves or dig deep into the C-code of AMX Mod X to find the implementation to get you the answer anyways. Even digging into the C-code is not always correct because it might have been a function that has changed and we wouldn't know which version to reference.

From just a logical perspective, I would assume that "ip address" means "ip address" and not "ip address and port" but that's not a guarantee that it was implemented that way.

Also, you're lucky that you even got a respond within a day, many questions don't get an answer at all since everybody here is a volunteer.

So, testing it yourself is most often the quickest and easiest approach.
