I solved the problem replacing default GeoIP.dat, with the one in this link: http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/...y/GeoIP.dat.gz
When this is done, the ubication is more accurate.

Regarding to the crashes, I still don't know what it was, I am still with 1.8.2 though.
In the following months I will try to find out. And I will post the solution here.

Can this plugin be made to kick by time zone using GeoIP+ (v1.3). For example only allow UTC 7 players.
