The !researchinfo command tells players what their commander is currently researching and how much time is left.

Usage: !researchinfo

Used to eliminate the mic spam of "Hey, comm what are we researching?!","Hey, comm how much time til <research name> is finished?!" and "Hey, comm is the research done yet?!".

Note #1: After each update of empires that changes the research tree, this plugin will need to be updated.
