Awesome plugin, but could I be a bastard and oppose on you a feature request?

A cvar that allows players to pick up grenades that are lying on the ground (i.e. from dead players) and another cvar to limit the number of grenades players are able to pick up and use. The cvar would be to cap players who sit in grenade repositories and throw them.

Player buys grenade at spawn --> player uses grenade bought from spawn --> player picks up grenade from dead player --> player uses grenade picked up from dead player --> player can only pick up x amount of grenades lying on the ground.

I don't like handling weapon stripping to be honest, there's some potential issues that can occur from it, but I'll look into implementing that.

I tried this plugin and found out if someone presses F2 to auto buy they can buy more nades.

Can this plugin be updated to prevent players from auto-buying more nades?

To expand on your problem, F2 seems to be "Autobuy" or "Rebuy Previous", thereby bypassing the "buy" hooked in this plugin. I couldn't get either of those two commands to hook ; the only solution I found was to count the nades player picked up, rather then buyed.

i drop the smx file into the plugins folder and once the server is restarted nothing happens?

The plugin works only once, after started. Nevermore. If i unload and load again, works again one times. Anyone can repair this plugin?
