if a person camps and they have a "sniper" rifle of any sort it disarms them and says a simple little message on the left middle of hud. I know there is another plugin that uses the camper meter with heartbeat but its health code doesnt work, either way i liked this plugin so here it is ported over.

EDIT- Been running for past 36 hours on my server with no probs yet.

is there a way to prevent users from using the scope?

I like to play snipers only with no scopes on DoD, but you always get a guy who scopes.

I call it hunting season, unscoped sniper rifles only. I have an adminmod plugin that covers the sniper class use only, but I would like to see if someone can make it for amxx and include the no scope feature.
