Has it ever been attempted, or is it even possible, to add some logic on a map load? For example add an IF statement that says, if there are less than 8 players, skip this next map in the cycle and go to the next. Something like that would be helpful if, for instance the next map in the cycle was huge and doesn't play well unless X number of players are involved.

Probably not doable but I thought i'd throw it out there cause it's a slow Monday for me. ;)

That sounds entirely possible.

Just run a check on map load to see how many players there are. If less than X, start a new map, or if there is a "skip map" command (I haven't come across one), use that.

Sounds possible though.

Hopefully someone else might be able to give more details. I am encouraged however.
