Don't you think using SteamTools for the GameDesc override would be a better idea?

1) Time resets to value of mp_timelimit, but Terro team score counts as normal

So from what I can see, there are 2 bugs. One with the false reporting of timeleft, secondly the changing of team score when the CT team eliminates the terro team

However inspite of the timelimit being reported different, it actually is mp_timelimit. I calculated how long the map was on from start of map to automatically changed to another map and it was about 21-23 min (my timelimit is 20).

All tested with Sourcemod only
I can confirm these bugs , when I tested them to my dedicated server.

I love VIP mod very much, I hope Kyle to fix it soon

You have to provide the source code even if beta

Edit: I see a zip file! Ignore me...Will try it later

Update here:

Changelog: Now you can use VIPmod , without using suicide_intercept!!!!

1) Only if you are VIP , you CAN'T suicide , change team or go spectator by yourself.
2) Rounds end only by slaying people (the only downside) but fixes the wrong-score and timeleft bug.
3) When you are VIP and you disconnect from the server , another one from ct team randomly becomes VIP , instead of ending the round.
4) Improved chat output at several actions!!! (example, at round start , when you are VIP , read the message @ chat)

Great thanks to Kyles , for providing the plugin , because he is the original author , Emper0r , who edited the source-code and we tested the plugin together , and OF COURSE, at any other plugin testers like me and you.

Have fun!!!

Wait so do you lose your weapons from the slay then? If so is there any way to prevent this. I do not want to run a 16000cash server for this mod.

Hi,

First, thank you for this plugin, we needed a vip mod on Sourcemod

I have 2 questions:

1) What do you mean by "Plugin being verbal"?

2)
Quote:
I want to change the VIPs Model, the stock one is terrible.
Go for it. As of version 1.2.1 you can create a file in /addons/sourcemod/configs/vip/Models.cfg and have the files inside that folder added to the Downloads table.
If we don't change anything, do we still have to create a /addons/sourcemod/configs/vip folder and put the Models.cfg file in it?

Regards,

St00ne

Up: I confirm 2 bugs (linux server, using SM latest version):

-> Timeleft is changed I don't know how, what I know is that my mapvote won't start (based on timelimit: 5mn before map end).
-> scores are just... going crazy

Anyway nelioneil seems to have explained it very well...

I hope an update will be made...

EDIT: I'm using a warmup, coming along with the weapon restrict plugin of Dr!fter (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=950174). Maybe that can help fixing the bug. I'll try without warmup when I have time to do some tests.
