That code is completely and absurdely wrong. You register a Cvar and don't use it. Also, creating a cvar does not create/use a public function with the same name. It's not how it works. You must check the cvars value when doing your plugin's actions. A direct cvar hook doesn't exist in AMX. Please learn to script before posting tutorials. You lead people in the wrong direction by trying to teach something you don't know.
