ah on the other hand, this only displays text. there is no vmt's or vtf's here

this is more like it, but this one is pretty shitty too as you view down or so. i have seen multiple maps etc that displays vmt's on screen and the vmt stays the same position when turning

It requires creating the overlap entity... Usually it is placed in maps but you can do it with mods.

so what do maps use? it sticks on the screen 24/7 when you turn around etc you have ur stuff, logo for the owner of the map etc and the name of it. (its added on round start)

i mean when i goto that link there is no positioning of it, its not a sprite

and yes env_screenoverlay should work, i can do ent_fire and just make a vtf/vmt image to add to the screen with my things in it so it fits and everything looks ok

but then i need sv_cheats 1. im sure alot of plugins can bypass the sv_cheats 1 (not sure) and use screenoverlay

i mean the first link, that was not a env_screenoverlay it was a custom made picture up in the face like a sprite without any position where to face

yeah doing it right now with ent_fire and it works exacly as i was hoping for.
now i just gotta modify this picture more, im sure i saw a plugin that let me do ent_fire commands

You could just add it with stripper source.
Add the files to download with something like sm downloader.
