This may be a trivial question, but how to add a message when a given command is on the flag
Currently it looks like "you do not have access to this command" And wants to add your own, to have access you must have a vip / admin

And for two different commands there is no other way out
Sm_menu you do not have access and for the other
Sm_menu2 you must have vip / admin
