Please Make this Plugin

I was wondering if someone could make a plugin where lets say u shoot a string at a car to make a copy of it on map.

Lets say you are playing on ka_roadwars_v2, you shoot the string at one of the cars, and then the same car apears in a diffrent place.

If somone could make this plugin I would be so gratfull cus I really whant it on my server. Thx.

No. He posted a stupid post where it is clearly stated he shouldn't. It clearly states that the consequence is a ban.
