Hi, haven't had an issue like this before and its rather annoying last day or two.

I have several servers but one of my servers is showing as "Not Responding" even though for example we have like 15 people playing, it shows in favs and on GameTracker, but if you look in the CS:S server list it does not show up, and people trying to look at my game information from friends list it shows not responding and they cant join?

Any ideas of cause?

I know that on Windows, you most likely need to allow inbound connections in Windows Firewall. But if you said that there are people on it, then I dunno...
