Is there some way to make via orpheu server to use low CPU like with basic plugins 32/32 players i got 28% usage of one server so i want some function in orpheu to low the cpu and badmemory usage of plugins.

You just need to work out which plugins your running are poorly coded and / or wasting cpu. Perhaps post your plugins list and links to their source code.
