No the blood decals are still permanent but you can turn them off.

kroff: Type status in your console, and make sure you are using your exact SteamID.
In console..
Code:
rcon gore_menu "STEAM_1:1:189320"
Thats an example.

ok...everything works fine :-)
i dont know why ..but when i copy&paste from the console to the command line...the last digit is always missing :-)

ps. it would be nice to limit the number of blood decals and body parts ...coz on a deathmatch after 10 minutes of playing...u walk on skulls :-)

[UPDATE 07 Jan 12 2.3.0 Beta]
- Blood decals now remove themselves like all other decals. ( Depends on r_decals )
- Changed settings to a cfg file. ( GoreMod will do all changes itself )
- Removed empty.txt from archive ( Thanks to CreateDirHierarchy )

well..in deathmatch..with CSSDM plugin ...the round doesnt end...except if all T or CT would die in the same time...probably
..so the skulls and blood ..just grows ...its like a graveyard :-)

If I don't want to use the menu (I think it is still there, but I never used it ...), where has the config file to be? I have the cvars added to my server.cfg and changed it for my needs.

Or is it possible to do so?

Once its loaded, type gore_save and it should make the cfg file cfg/goremod/goremod.cfg.

Then you can remove them from wherever you had them.

Interesting, that thought never even crossed my mind.
Ill have a fix for it tomorrow.
