That looks like a cvar, not a command. Cvars can only be changed directly like that from the server console. Also, are you testing this on a Listen Server or a Dedicated Server (ie, using HLDS)?

admin mod is my defult chois..

in DS the commands dosnt work by client !
only in HLDS consol... Y is that ?
